There's no other words to describe this neon moon other than it's the perfect light. Since we first created it just before Eid Al-Adha last year it has been stuck up on our wall (and moved homes with us too!). We have been using it in our living area and it provides the most perfect lighting, not too bright, not too white, just warm, cosy and inviting.
This moon light will work perfectly in any part of your home, whether it's your dining area or kids bedroom.
Despite its size, the Neon Moon produces a lot of light, enough to be used on its own to light up your space. It is quite bright at full power, so we have included a dimmer switch, to get the mood lighting just right.

- The power adaptor works world wide (110v & 220v) however you may need to purchase a travel plug adaptor if you live outside Australia. This is the same type of adaptor you would provide to a guest staying at your home from overseas

If you add a customised product to your order, the processing time will apply to the entire order. This means your order will only be shipped once your customised items are ready.
• COVID and Holiday delays may apply which are out of our control. Please wait an extra 5 business days after our estimates before reaching out and contacting our team.
• We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
• We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.
• Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.
• For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
• It is not recommended to use a P.O box or Parcel locker for your delivery, please use a residential or work address if possible.
REFUNDS - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
While we love our products, we want you to love them more than anything. If your product arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of its arrival to you) to arrange an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised or sale products, except where there is a fault.
REFUNDS - CHANGE OF MIND
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 2% fee if you pay via Shopify and 3% fee when paying via PayPal.
If your order has been shipped, upon receiving it back unopened we can issue a refund, this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or damage resulting from misuse is not covered under warranty. However, as always we are here to help, if your product gets damaged just get in contact and we’ll do everything we can to help.
