We recommend mounting your neon sign using the stand-off fixtures provided. If this is not possible, then adhesive strips may be used. In our experience, using 2-3 large 3M command adhesive strips have the best results.
Please do not mount signs above cots or areas where dislodgement may cause harm. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for damage caused due to improper use and mounting.
To adjust the brightness of your warm white neon sign, install the dimmer switch between the power adaptor and the neon sign cable. Tap it once to turn on, press and hold to dim, press and hold again to brighten, tap once to turn off.
Avoid cleaning with house hold cleaners, use a soft microfibre cloth to clean acrylic parts and a soft paint brush to dust the neon flex parts.
