So, you've found the piece/s you love and you're ready to order, but what's the go with shipping, packaging and what if your piece arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it?
SHIPPING
Australia
All Australian orders over $110AUD come with free shipping alhamdulillah! All items we post will come with tracking.
International
For all international orders please keep in mind that their may be taxes and duties on the products you receive which you will need to pay, the amount will depend on your local customs regulations.
The international shipping options are:

As with all orders, express shipping is definitely an option for those last minute gifts (yep, we are sooo guilty of being last minute too!) and the cost will be calculated at checkout for you. The express shipping time can vary so if you need it by a specific date, please get in contact and we will confirm the shipping time.
PACKAGING
We are in the process of improving our packaging to make it more earth friendly and make less waste and use wayyyy less plastic (and inshAllah we aim to be using no plastic at all in the future). However we ordered our current packaging in bulk and in the spirit of not wasting we will be using it all up before we move onto the better options.
We have put a lot of thought into selecting the perfect packaging for each product, this will ensure your items reach you safe and sound inshAllah! Most of the components of our packaging is recyclable. We highly encourage you to please recycle as much of our packaging as you can, or keep the box to store all your delicate items such as light signs, acrylic plaques, etc.
REFUNDS - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
While we love our products, we want you to love them more than anything. If your product arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of its arrival to you) to arrange an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised or sale products, except where there is a fault.
REFUNDS - CHANGE OF MIND
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 2% fee if you pay via Shopify and 3% fee when paying via PayPal.
If your order has been shipped, upon receiving it back unopened we can issue a refund, this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or damage resulting from misuse is not covered under warranty. However, as always we are here to help, if your product gets damaged just get in contact and we’ll do everything we can to help.
