DESCRIPTION

Designed and made with love by us in Australia from sustainable plywood. 

A minimal yet festive arch, with a beautiful white moon, whimsical laser etched stars and laser etched text that includes the du'a for breaking the fast in English and Arabic, as well as the basmallah and "The Iftar Time Today is" with a piece of clear acrylic below for you and your family to write the Iftar time for the day (using a whiteboard or chalk pen).

In line with our goals of creating more sustainable products, with proper love and care this arch can be used for years to come. We recommend you keep the packaging and repackage the arch once Ramadan is over so it's well kept and ready to open and use the following year inshAllah.

International

For all international orders please keep in mind that you are liable for any taxes or duties, the amount will depend on your local customs regulations.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you add a customised product to your order, the processing time will apply to the entire order. This means your order will only be shipped once your customised items are ready.

PLEASE NOTE:

• COVID and Holiday delays may apply which are out of our control. Please wait an extra 5 business days after our estimates before reaching out and contacting our team.

• We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

• We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable. 

• Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.

• For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.

• It is not recommended to use a P.O box or Parcel locker for your delivery, please use a residential or work address if possible.

REFUNDS - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

While we love our products, we want you to love them more than anything. If your product arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of its arrival to you) to arrange an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised or sale products, except where there is a fault.

REFUNDS - CHANGE OF MIND

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 2% fee if you pay via Shopify and 3% fee when paying via PayPal. 

If your order has been shipped, upon receiving it back unopened we can issue a refund, this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or damage resulting from misuse is not covered under warranty. However, as always we are here to help, if your product gets damaged just get in contact and we’ll do everything we can to help.
